Orejas de mariposa/ Butterfly ears


Hola a tod@s. Para empezar la sección de cuentos en este blog os traigo la preciosa historia de Mara, Orejas de mariposa, la cual va a encaminada a la aceptación de uno mismo tal y como es de una manera muy original y entrañable. Gracias a su imaginación y al cariño de su madre, lograrán darle una bonita perspectiva a las cosas.


Mara tiene orejas de mariposa, que “son orejas que revolotean sobre la cabeza y pintan de colores las cosas feas”. Así empieza la historia de una niña tan positiva que nos da una lección magistral de cómo superar sus supuestas carencias y convertir los defectos en ventajas. La autora asturiana Luisa Aguilar, integrante del grupo de teatro Kamante, nos presenta en su primer álbum ilustrado una deliciosa historia de superación personal, ideal para trabajar la empatía y el respeto con los niños y niñas de Infantil y Primaria tan dados en ocasiones al insulto fácil y a la discriminación del diferente. Muy adecuado también para enseñarles a ver el lado positivo de las cosas y a quererse y aceptarse.
Muy importante destacar también el papel lleno de dulzura que la madre de Mara tiene en la historia pues es ella quien le da las armas para aceptarse y la ayuda en el difícil camino de la aceptación.
Las ilustraciones del brasileño André Neves están llenas de color, de formas redondeadas, reflejan alegría, optimismo y son de una gran originalidad y fuerza.
Presentan a una Mara muy especial, una niña con un físico poco habitual que no se ajusta a los cánones de belleza pero que esconde un interior exquisito y con la que es difícil no identificarse y quererla desde el principio de la historia hasta el final.
